Service Description

We move slowly with self-awareness, grace, and curiosity to explore the question you came here with and get to the root of your self-inquiry. Then you move through inner sensation to embody the intelligence of the information that is knocking at your door. Through this deep dive, we use the technology of grief processing to increase your capacity and rewire the brain and peripheral nervous system to reconfigure traumas that are present in your life and are inhibiting your experience this body and lifetime. The focus in this practice is not to cut out, but to integrate and make whole.
